Our Shepherd-Leader

Pastor Dillon has been blessed to serve in a vocational staff position in the fulfillment of God’s call on his life for 25 years.  With each Pastor he has served, he has been taken under their wing and personally nurtured and entrusted with a portion of ministry and person.  Each of the Men of God he’s served under has made a profound deposit in the person God is forming him to be.

Pastor E. Edward Dillon, his father and spiritual father nurtured his formative years in ministry.  While at Loveland Church in Fontana, CA under Pastor Chuck Singleton, he was challenged in the area of organization.  Bishop Robert C. Blake of New Home Ministries in New Orleans, LA taught him the devotion to prayer.  Bishop Paul S. Morton of Greater St. Stephens FGBC in New Orleans, LA passed on to him the true heart of a shepherd.  Though there have been many teachers, the person that God has used the most and has been his spiritual covering, mentor and friend is Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer.

In 1997, Bishop Ulmer and the Faithful Central Bible Church moved him back to California from New Orleans for the purpose of planting a new work.  He did so in November 98’.  Pastor Dillon gave his best to the people in the community of Chino, CA. for 5 years.   A preacher’s preacher, in 2004 Pastor Dillon returned to the Pastoral Staff at Faithful Central Bible Church of Inglewood, under Bishop Ulmer.  He served as  Executive Assistant for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association  Greater Los Angeles Crusade in Pasadena November 2004.  He also served as the Coordinator for the Macedonia International Bible Fellowship, which serves as a covering for Pastors in Africa, Europe, India and here in the United States until 2006.  Pastor Dillon has served as a Pastor on call with Forest Lawn, aiding families during a most intimate time in their lives since 2006.

Pastor Dillon received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Religious Education from California Baptist University in Riverside, CA in 1985 and done graduate studies in the Masters of Divinity Program at King’s Seminary, Van Nuys, CA in 2005.

Pastor Dillon has aided many churches in transition since 2008 and conducted seminars on various subjects in empowering individuals and churches alike.

A servant with a heart for people, nothing is as rewarding to him as seeing hopes renewed, possibilities rekindled, and aspirations obtained.  Pastor Dillon and his wife Naomi of 25 years, delight in raising their two sons, Jonathan and David in the Greater Los Angeles area.
